25 mph.
Pea size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
these storms.

Emporia, Ottawa, Burlington, Lyndon, Lebo, Pomona, Waverly, Olpe,

over Kennedy Space Center, or near Playalinda Beach, moving southeast
at 10 knots.
Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher

At 1238 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding in
Adams County with water over the roads near Prescott. Up to 3 to 6
inches of rain have fallen in the warned area with the heaviest
rainfall totals over northern and eastern Adams County. Flash
flooding is already occurring.
Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Lake Icaria, Prescott and Lake Icaria State Park.
Additional rainfall amounts of an inch is possible in the warned
area.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Overland Park, Olathe, Lenexa, Gardner, Spring Hill, Osawatomie,

This includes the following highways...
Interstate 35 in Kansas between mile markers 200 and 222.
Interstate 435 between mile markers 0 and 1, and between mile
markers 81 and 83.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may lead

At 151 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Macomb Township, or 7 miles west of New Baltimore, moving east at 30
mph.
Pea size hail and wind gusts to 40 mph will be possible with this
storm.
This strong thunderstorm will be near...
New Baltimore and Richmond around 205 AM EDT.
Marine City around 220 AM EDT.
St. Clair around 225 AM EDT.
Other locations impacted by this storm include Anchorville, Adair,
Shelby Township, Rattle Run, Ray Center, Utica, Smiths Creek,
Washington, Fair Haven and New Haven.
Locally heavy rainfall is also occurring with this storm. This may
cause local ponding of water on roadways. Do not drive your vehicle
through flooded roadways.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may lead
