along a line extending from 14 miles east of Whitefish Point to near
Kentuck Lake Campground. Movement was southeast at 60 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Iron Mountain, Munising, Newberry, Crystal Falls, Pictured Rocks
National Lakeshore, Kingsford, Norway, McMillan, Watson, Stambaugh,
Felch, Germfask, Chatham, Seney, Trenary, La Branche, Channing,
Manistique Lake, Rock, and Steuben.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1034 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.8 and 1.3 inches of
rain have fallen.

McCandless Township, Cranberry, Moon Township, Franklin Park,
Aliquippa, Monaca, Hampton Township, Lower Burrell, Harrison

At 959 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking gusty showers along a line
extending from near Whisker Lake Wilderness to near Popple River to 8
miles southwest of Headwaters Wilderness to near Rhinelander.
Movement was east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Rhinelander, Crandon, Florence, Newbold, Pembine, Goodman, Homestead,
Fern, Tipler, and Popple River.
