* At 710 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding.
Overflowing poor drainage areas will result in minor flooding in
the advisory area. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Ocala, Rainbow Lakes Estates, Fort McCoy, Citra, Lynne, Weirsdale,
Sparr, Anthony, Ocklawaha and Moss Bluff.
Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected over the area. This
additional rain will result in minor flooding.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

The combination of near 100 percent humidity with pockets of wet
ground following Friday evening's thunderstorms has allowed areas
of fog to develop from northern Hidalgo and Willacy County through
Kenedy and Brooks County. Local visibility will vary from one
quarter to 2 miles and will impact motorists along US 77 north of
Harlingen and Edinburg through the King Ranch area of Brooks,
Kenedy, and counties farther north.
Drivers should be prepared for sharply reduced visibility along
these and surrounding routes. Use low beam headlights and maintain
a safe distance between vehicles.
The fog should quickly burn off between 730 and 830 AM.

The Big Blue River near Manhattan.
* until Monday afternoon.
* At 6:31 AM Saturday the stage was 19.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to a stage of 17.2 feet
by Monday morning.
* Impact...At 19.0 feet...Minor low land flooding begins along the
river.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Safety Message...Do not drive into flooded areas. Shallow flowing
water can wash a car from the roadway. Also, the roadbed may be
washed out under the water.
