* The river will continue to fall to near 367.9 feet by tomorrow morning.
* At 368.0 feet...In Perry County, water reaches the low lying portions of
access roads in the Peters Landing area.
* At 367.0 feet...In Wayne County, water inundates the boat launch areas and
portions of access roads in the Beech Lake Campground on Beech Lake Road.
* At 366.0 feet...In Hardin County, water inundates low lying agricultural areas
and access roads in the Cobb Farm area of Nance Bend, including Senator Cobb
Road and Colonel Hardin Road.
* At 365.0 feet...In Decatur County, low lying areas of the Riverstone Marina
become inundated.
* At 364.5 feet...In Decatur County, water begins to inundate portions of Scenic
Lane in the Russ Farm area and access may be limited to some houses along the
river.
* At 364.0 feet...In Wayne County, in the Beech Creek area water begins to
inundate low lying areas on the north end of Beechview Drive and the Beech
Lake Campground on Beech Lake Road. In Hardin County, water begins to inundate
the low lying areas of Cobb Farm in Nance Bend.

At 720 AM EST, A band of lake effect snow producing snow fall rates
of 1 to 2 inches per hour was located across central Oswego county
along a line from Oswego to Mexico to Williamstown. Winds in excess
of 30 mph and blowing snow are possible with this band of lake
effect snow.
Locations impacted include...
Oswego, Fulton, Fair Haven Beach State Park, Pulaski, Central Square,
Redfield, Selkirk Shores State Park, Chimney Bluffs State Park,
Mexico Point State Park, Nine Mile Point, Battle Island State Park,
Brewerton, Hastings, Scriba, Volney, Richland, Constantia, West
Monroe, Palermo and Sterling.
This includes Interstate 81 between exits 32 and 36.
Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations. Be
prepared for snow or ice covered roads. Slow down and allow extra
time when traveling.

Bitter cold wind chills this morning in the -20 to -30 range will
gradually improve by midday. If venturing out this morning,
protect yourself against the cold. Limit your exposure and bundle
up.
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills. Wind chills as low as 30 below
zero.
* WHERE...Portions of southwest and west central Wisconsin,
north central and northeast Iowa and southeast Minnesota.
* WHEN...Until noon CST today.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on
exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

The Flood Warning continues for
the Apalachicola River near Blountstown.
* Until Monday evening.
* At 6:15 AM Sunday the stage was 19.5 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
* Forecast: The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by
tomorrow late morning.
* Impact: At 20.0 feet: The boat ramp at Estiffanulga in Liberty
County floods.
All persons with interest along the river should monitor the latest
forecasts, and be prepared to take necessary precautions to protect
life and property. Do not drive cars through flooded areas. If you
see flood waters: Turn around. Don't drown.

click on your state. Select Rivers and Lakes AHPS under current
conditions and click on your river point.
