The Flood Warning has been cancelled.
The Flood Warning has been cancelled and is no longer in effect.
Do not drive through flowing water. Nearly half of all flood
fatalities are vehicle related. As little as 6 inches of water may
cause you to lose control of your vehicle. Two feet of water will
carry most vehicles away.
Stay tuned to NOAA Weather Radio for updates or local media for
updates.

Prediction Service page at http://water.weather.gov/ahps2/

* WHAT...Beach erosion and minor lakeshore flooding.
* WHERE...Mason, Oceana, Ottawa, Allegan, Van Buren and Muskegon
counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Winds and waves will begin to subside this evening and

towards 30 mph out of the north with waves of 6 to 8 feet.
Overnight, winds will diminish and waves will fall below 4 feet
after 100am.
Strong winds and high waves will continue to produce hazardous
conditions on piers, breakwaters and unprotected shoreline so
caution is still advised until the winds and waves subside. Winds
