Strait coast. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph will cause areas

locations near the waterfront and shoreline resulting in a low
threat of property damage. Expect up to one foot of water

near the waterfront will experience shallow flooding.
If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be

Neches River Near Diboll affecting Tyler, Houston, Angelina, Polk
and Trinity Counties.
The Flood Warning continues for
the Neches River Near Diboll.
* Until Friday afternoon.
* At 9:15 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 9:15 PM CDT Sunday was 12.6 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
Thursday evening and continue falling to 11.9 feet Friday evening.
* Impact...At 12.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding occurs. Expect
flooded boat ramps and trails.
Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

* Until Wednesday evening.
* At 9:15 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 16.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 9:15 PM CDT Sunday was 16.5 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage Tuesday
morning and continue falling to 15.2 feet Friday evening.
* Impact...At 16.0 feet, Boat ramps and picnic areas near the river
will begin to flood. Ranchers should move cattle and equipment
near the river to higher ground.
Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

* At 753 PM PDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
heavy rain which will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Up
to two inches of rain have already fallen.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Yosemite South Entrance, Orange Cove, Woodlake, Oakhurst, Yosemite
Lakes, Three Rivers, Lindcove, Batterson, Trimmer Springs, Park
Ridge, Azalea Campground, Crane Valley Reservoir, Bass Lake Ranger
District, Ash Mountain Sequoia Park HQ, Buckeye Flat Campground,
Fish Camp, Chilkoot Meadow, Shadequarter Mtn, Grant Grove and
Crystal Springs Campground.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
