* At 9:00 AM Monday the stage was 10.3 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will remain around 10.3 feet through at
least Wednesday before very slowly falling to around 10.0 feet
on Friday.
* Impacts at 10.0 feet...Pastureland and cropland not protected by
levees in Jackson and Woodruff Counties affected. Water is over
portions of State Highway 37 and deep along the shoulders of State
Highway 18 near Grubbs. Water over portions of Woodruff County Road
775 north of State Highway 260.

to and from Chisholm Lake are flooding.

into Bordeaux Camp. Drum Cove is flooding. Buffalo Drive is mostly

out of Nel-Win Camp is flooded. Tammy and Lloyd Roads are flooded.
Bee Trail and Plum Road are going under water. The east part of
Sherry Lane is being covered. Peters Island is almost completely

* At 09 AM Monday the stage was 36.0 feet.
* Major flooding is occurring AND Major flooding is forecast.
* Maximum forecast stage of 36.1 feet on Monday April 06.
* Flood stage is 28.0 feet.
* At 36.0 feet...In Tennessee, farmstead sites around Keyes Point are
flooding. All evacuation roads from Keyes Point and Golddust are
flooded. Ashport and many home sites along Route 19 are flooding.
Home sites south of Coker Slough are flooding. Home sites on the
north side of Corona Lake are being covered. Home site on
Brandywine Road is flooded. Coon Valley Road is going under water.
In Arkansas, grain terminal sites at Osceola are being covered. All
fields between Barfield Point and the Arkansas Levee are inundated.

Waterspouts are possible with this activity. Remain on the alert in

* Until 145 PM EDT.
* At 1257 PM EDT, a shower producing waterspouts was located over
Lauderdale-By-The-Sea. The shower was nearly stationary.
HAZARD...Waterspouts.
SOURCE...Pilot.
IMPACT...Waterspouts can create locally hazardous seas.
* Locations impacted include...
Sea Ranch Lakes, Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, Hollywood, Pompano Beach,
Port Everglades and Fort Lauderdale.
Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous
seas. Seek safe harbor immediately.

* Maximum forecast stage of 45.9 feet on Monday April 06.
* Flood stage is 44.0 feet.
* At 46.0 feet...In Mississippi, houses at Robson Towhead are being
flooded. Settlement by Old River Chutes is going underwater. All
locations on the northeast side of Desoto Lake are underwater.

Brandywine Road is flooded. Coon Valley Road is going under water.

At 1223 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated showers, capable of producing
winds to around 30 knots. These showers were located along a line
extending from Sea Ranch Lakes to 22 nm east of
Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, moving south at 5 knots.
Waterspouts are possible with this activity. Remain on the alert in

White River At Augusta affecting White and Woodruff Counties
White River At Georgetown affecting Prairie...White and Woodruff
Counties
White River At Des Arc affecting Prairie County
White River At Clarendon affecting Arkansas and Monroe Counties
River forecasts are based on current conditions and rainfall
forecasted to occur over the next 24 hours. During periods of
flooding...Evening forecasts are reissued with updated rainfall
forecasts.

The Flood Warning continues for
The White River At Augusta.
* until further notice...Or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 9:00 AM Monday the stage was 32.2 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will remain near 32.2 feet through at
least Saturday.
* Impacts at 32.0 feet...Thousands of acres of cropland and farm roads
are flooded in White and Woodruff counties. Water is isolating
homes and camps along the river in White and Woodruff counties.
Safety message...Remember to Turn Around...Don't Drown
Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Everyone with property or other interest along streams and rivers
should remain alert to changing weather forecasts. Should conditions
change...Look for river forecasts or Flood Warnings for use in making
informed decisions to protect life and property.

The Flood Warning continues for the Mississippi River.
The Flood Warning continues for
the Mississippi River at Memphis
* until Sunday April 12.
* At 09 AM Monday the stage was 37.1 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring AND Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 34.0 feet.
* At 37.0 feet...In Arkansas, the grain terminal and other businesses
by it south of West Memphis are being covered by water. At Memphis,
the fuel facility south of the river gage is flooding.
A followup Flood Statement will be issued tomorrow or sooner if
conditions warrant.

The Flood Warning continues for the Mississippi River.
The Flood Warning continues for
the Mississippi River at Caruthersville
* until Monday April 13.
* At 09 AM Monday the stage was 39.2 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring AND Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 32.0 feet.
* At 39.0 feet...Floodwater has reached the foot of the floodwall
protecting Caruthersville, Missouri. In Tennessee, grain terminal
south of the Interstate 155 bridge is flooding. Highway 88 is
flooded at places in the north bottom of Lauderdale County. Roads
to and from Chisholm Lake are flooding.

conditions warrant.
