interior.

At 343 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated widespread rain with impeded
heavy rainfall that could cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
Rainfall will continue to be moderate to locally heavy at times
through 430 PM.
Some locations that will could experience flooding include...
Riverside, San Bernardino, Fontana, Moreno Valley, Ontario, Corona,
Rialto, Chino, Redlands and Yucaipa.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

moving southeast at 30 mph.
Wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with this storm.
Deadly cloud to ground lightning will also be possible with this
storm.
Locations impacted include...
Raeford, Pinehurst, Aberdeen, Hoffman, Antioch, Pinebluff, Ellerbe,
Foxfire, Wagram and Norman.
Seek shelter in a nearby building or vehicle. Wind gusts as high as
50 mph are capable of knocking down small or weakened trees and
blowing around trash cans, potted plants, lawn furniture and other
light outdoor objects.
