* WHAT...Significant lakeshore flooding. The water level at Toledo
is expected to peak this evening between 75 and 80 inches above
low water datum. Water levels are expected begin decreasing
early Friday morning.
* WHERE...Erie, Sandusky, Lucas and Ottawa Counties.
* WHEN...Until 4 AM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Roads and low-lying properties including parking
lots, lawns, homes, and businesses will be inundated near the
lake. Some shoreline erosion will occur.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Easterly winds of 15 to 20 knots over Lake
Erie this evening. Winds then ease to 10 to 15 knots and shift
to north-northeasterly during the predawn hours of Friday
morning.
If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of
unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone
property.

At 1017 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and small hail. This
thunderstorm was located 22 nm northeast of Ormond-By-the-Sea, moving
northeast at 30 knots.
Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.

At 1022 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Sampson, or 8 miles southwest of Starke, moving east
at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.
This dangerous storm will be near...
Starke around 1035 PM EDT.
Camp Blanding and Kingsley around 1045 PM EDT.
Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Lawtey, La Crosse, Waldo, Hampton and Brooker.

Island at the mouth of the Wolf River is covered. In Arkansas,
recreational vehicle park south of West Memphis starts to flood.
Dacus Lake Road is flooding north and south of I-40. The river is
against the toe of the levee from the north Shelby County line
south to near Sulcer Road. Water is encroaching the levee near the
south end of Island 40 Chute. The camp near Mound City is flooding.
Water is beginning to flood the settlement near Blue Lake.

rainfall is possible with this storm.

Orange Park, Green Cove Springs, Keystone Heights, Unf, Mandarin,
Fruit Cove, Middleburg, World Golf Village, Baymeadows and Nocatee.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to

* WHAT...Southeast to south winds near 20 knots.
* WHERE...Straits of Florida and Hawk Channel.
* WHEN...In Effect.
* IMPACTS...A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 20
to 33 knots, or seas of 7 feet or greater, are expected to
produce hazardous conditions for small craft. These hazardous
conditions may result in poor vessel handling and steering
response, broaching, overturned dinghies and kayaks, slips and
falls on slippery decks, rub damage along docks and seawalls,
swamped bows at reef tract mooring balls, and dragging anchors.
Inexperienced boaters, especially those with smaller vessels,
should avoid operating in these conditions.

were located along a line extending from Mount Dirfy's Wreck to 8 nm
northwest of Frying Pan Shoals Light Tower to near Wreck 33, moving
north at 20 knots.
HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 40 knots.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
higher winds and suddenly higher waves.
Locations impacted include...
Wreck 33 and Mount Dirfy's Wreck.

At 857 PM MDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 17 miles south of
Belt, or 30 miles west of Stanford, moving southeast at 25 mph.
Winds in excess of 30 mph and pea size hail are possible with this
storm. Additionally, periods of heavy rain are expected at lower
elevations.
