At 301 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located
27 nm east of Palm Beach Shores, moving east at 25 knots.
Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
Waterspouts are possible with this activity. Remain on the alert in
case warnings are issued for waterspout development.

Slater, moving northeast at 10 mph.
Nickel size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
this storm.
Locations impacted include...
Marshall, Slater, Glasgow, Brunswick, Malta Bend, Wakenda, Gilliam,
Miami, De Witt and Dalton.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

* At 1149 AM AKDT, The ice jam has moved downstream to a log jam
near mile 23. Flooding along the river will continue until the
ice jam releases.
* Flooding will remain over mainly rural areas of central Middle
Tanana Valley.
