At 626 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were
located along a line extending from 9 nm southwest of Sanibel to 18
nm southwest of Captiva to 35 nm southwest of Gasparilla Island,
moving southeast at 15 knots.
These strong thunderstorms will likely produce winds in excess of 34
knots, and is likely to pose a serious hazard for boaters. A special
marine warning will likely be required for these storms. Boaters
should consider heading for shore before these storms arrive.

* WHERE...Eastern Beaufort Sea Coast.
* WHEN...4 PM Sunday to 6 AM Monday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds gusting as high as 50 mph will cause
whiteout conditions in blowing snow. Significant drifting of
the snow is likely. Travel will be very difficult to impossible.
A Blizzard Warning means severe winter weather conditions are
expected or occurring. Falling and blowing snow with strong winds
and poor visibilities are likely. This will lead to whiteout
conditions, making travel extremely difficult. The latest road

waterspouts was located 18 nm southwest of Sanibel, moving east at
15 knots.
HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts 34 knots or greater, and small
hail.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

Naples, Vanderbilt Beach, Bonita Shores and Marco Island.
