Campbell County in central Virginia...
* Until 500 PM EST.
* At 154 PM EST, local law enforcement reported numerous roads were
still closed due to flooding across the eastern and southern parts
of the county.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
