Southeastern Caroline County in north central Virginia...
* Until midnight EST Wednesday.
* At 202 PM EST, reporting gauges indicated minor flooding along the
Mattaponi River near Beulahville. The current stage as of 1:45 PM
Tuesday afternoon was 17.2 feet and slowly falling. Minor impacts
will occur near Beulahville. Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Saint Stephens Church, Beulahville, Aylett, Upshaw, Duane Fork,
Gether, Biscoe and Rumford.
A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

The Wyoming Air Quality Division recommends the elderly, young
children, and individuals with respiratory problems avoid

conditions.
