conditions may result in poor vessel handling and steering
response, broaching, overturned dinghies and kayaks, slips and
falls on slippery decks, rub damage along docks and seawalls,

Buoy observations along the Lower Texas Coast indicate that wave
heights have dropped below Small Craft Advisory criteria.
However, Small Craft Exercise Caution is in effect between 20 and
60 nautical miles offshore, with wave heights occasionally
reaching up to 7 feet over the next few hours.
