Special Weather Statement issued November 22 at 4:00AM EST by NWS Northern Indiana
A mixture of rain and snow will transition to all snow, mainly
along and either side of a Warsaw to Angola to Hillsdale line.
While the bulk of any snow accumulations will mainly be seen on
grassy areas, cars and roofs...road surfaces may cool sufficiently
to allow for some slick spots. This is most likely to occur on
bridges, overpasses and less traveled roads. In addition,
visibilities may be reduced to a half mile in some locations.
Motorists in this area should use caution and monitor local
conditions.
