NWS Binghamton NY
Special Weather Statement issued November 22 at 7:53AM EST by NWS Binghamton NY
A brief light wintry mix will develop in Bradford and Wyoming
Counties. With temperatures right around freezing, patchy ice will
be possible through 10 AM, especially at higher elevations.
Bridges and overpasses will be more vulnerable for possible slick
spots. Exercise caution if traveling this morning. Temperatures
will rise above freezing in late morning, ending the threat for
ice, with any lingering precipitation becoming all rain.
