Special Weather Statement issued November 22 at 8:05AM EST by NWS State College PA
A brief wintry mix may result in a few icy spots early this
morning across the northern tier of central Pennsylvania. The most
vulnerable places for ice include the higher elevations and
bridges and overpasses. Use caution if traveling this morning.
Temperatures will slowly rise through late morning and end the
threat of slick spots on roads and elevated surfaces.
