Special Weather Statement issued November 24 at 7:24AM EST by NWS Northern Indiana
Snow, briefly heavy at times through 9AM, will continue into the
morning in areas north of US-30 in Indiana and Michigan. This
will mix with rain by mid morning before changing to all rain by
midday or early afternoon.
Snow mixing with rain could create some slushy slick spots
especially on elevated surfaces and lesser traveled roadways. Be
sure to drive cautiously, leave enough space between you and the
driver ahead of you, and turn your low beam headlights on if
visibility is lowered.
