* At 1259 AM EST, National Weather Service meteorologists were
tracking a strong thunderstorm 8 miles north of Jasper, moving
northeast at 25 mph.
* Wind gusts up to 50 mph and funnel clouds possible with this storm.
* This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of south central
Echols County.
This activity was also developing in an environment favorable for the
formation of funnel clouds. Stay tuned to NOAA weather radio and
local media for additional updates and possible warnings.

formation.
* WHERE...Portions of the Mendocino County Coast.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM PST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if
left uncovered.
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
Frost Advisories and Freeze Warnings are issued during the local
growing season as defined by climatology and local agriculture
experts. Once the growing season has ended these statements will
