eastern Iowa early this morning. Iowa DOT shows roads partially
snow covered from Highway 3 and Highway 20 around Waterloo,
Waverly, and Parkersburg down the Highway 63 corridor to around
Grinnell to near Oskaloosa including a portion of Interstate 80.
Partially reduced visibility may also result. Please slow down
