at 7:45 AM CST Tuesday was 24.6 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to remain steady above flood
stage at 24.5 feet.
* Impact...At 25.0 feet, Lowest roads beside the river flood around
Deweyville and subject to being closed. In addition, low-lying
roads in Southwest Beauregard Parish are flooded including Robert
Clark Road. Flooding occurs on the south side of Niblett Bluff
Park with access roads to camp houses cut off around the park.
Access roads to the river in Northeastern Orange County become
flooded.

* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 10:15 AM EST Tuesday was 14.4 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.3 feet
this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Friday
afternoon.
* Impact...At 14.0 feet, Water overflows into lowlands adjacent to
the river. Water access docks are also affected.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive

The island of Oahu in Honolulu County
* Until 845 AM HST.
* At 538 AM HST, radar indicated moderate to heavy rain over
windward Oahu. Rain was falling at a rate of 0.5 to 1 inches per
hour. Area streams are showing a slow but steady rise. Minor
flooding of low lying and poor drainage areas can be expected.
* Locations in the advisory include but are not limited to...
Honolulu, Waiahole, Waikane, Kahaluu, Ahuimanu, Kaaawa, Aiea,
Pearl City, Halawa, Punaluu, Moanalua, Mililani, Kaneohe, Salt
Lake, Kalihi, Wahiawa, Kaneohe Marine Base, Hauula, Wheeler Field
and Maunawili.
Stay away from streams, drainage ditches and low lying areas prone
