NWS Boston/Norton MA
Special Weather Statement issued April 4 at 3:32AM EDT by NWS Boston/Norton MA
Dry weather, sunshine, very low humidity and northwest winds 10 to
15 mph with gusts up to 20 mph at times is expected across most
of Massachusetts,Rhode Island and Connecticut, excluding Cape Cod
and the Islands. All these parameters suggest elevated fire
weather potential, especially from late morning through the
afternoon. These conditions may linger into Monday and Tuesday.
Therefore stay tuned to later forecasts and discussions.

NWS Greenville-Spartanburg SC
Special Weather Statement issued April 4 at 3:44AM EDT by NWS Greenville-Spartanburg SC
Very dry air persists across the area. While winds will be
fairly light today, relative humidity values will again drop
below 25 percent across Northeast Georgia for several hours this
afternoon. With fuel moisture values remaining below critical
levels, the risk of fire danger will be elevated.
Please refer to your local burn permitting authorities on whether
you can burn today. If you do burn, use extreme caution since
fires can quickly get out of hand under these conditions.
