near Grand Tower, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Carbondale, Murphysboro, Du Quoin, Pinckneyville, De Soto, Elkville,

Movement was east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Strong thunderstorms will be near...
Du Quoin around 720 AM CDT.
Royalton around 725 AM CDT.
Christopher, Zeigler and Valier around 730 AM CDT.
Dongola around 735 AM CDT.
