The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire. However small hail
and gusty winds are still possible with this thunderstorm.

At 713 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms
extending from near Fairfield to near Fort Shaw to near Cascade to
23 miles east of Wolf Creek. Movement was northeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Great Falls, Cascade, Fairfield, Fort Shaw, Fort Shaw, Power, Ulm,
Eden, Vaughn, First Peoples Buffalo Jump State Park, Simms and Sun
River.

Athol, or 9 miles northeast of Hayden, moving southeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and penny size hail. This storm
is also producing torrential downpours. Up to a half inch
of rain will likely be produced in less than an hour over
some locations resulting in standing water in low-lying
areas.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Athol, Hayden Lake and Chilco.

Interstate 90 in Idaho between mile markers 25 and 28.
U.S. Highway 95 in Idaho between mile markers 437 and 451.

* WHERE...Pecos River near Artesia 6E.
* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon to early Sunday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, the river reaches bankfull. Overbank
flooding occurs about 1/2 mile upstream from the gage and spreads
onto the flood plain. As a result, river width increases to
approximately 1 mile in some reaches. Minor flooding of low-lying
areas occurs, but no significant damage is expected.
At 12.5 feet, the river reaches minor flood stage. Structures at
Wilbank Trucking, Inc., located approximately 1/4 mile east of the
gage, begin to flood.
At 13.5 feet, the river reaches the floor of the instrument shelter.

- At 6:15 PM MDT Thursday the stage was 10.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
Saturday afternoon to a crest of 12.6 feet Saturday evening.
It will then fall below flood stage early Sunday morning.

Fairfield, or 21 miles northwest of Cascade, moving east at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Quarter size hail.

IMPACT...Damage to vehicles is expected.
This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northeastern Lewis and Clark, southeastern Teton and northwestern
Cascade Counties.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and half inch hail.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Harlowton, Melville and Twodot.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast Georgia, including the following
counties, Bulloch and Effingham.
* WHEN...Until 1245 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 938 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area.
- Radar rainfall estimates indicate that as much as 1 to 3
inches of rain have fallen across the southern portion of
Bulloch County in the last hour to hour and a half. The
heaviest rain is falling around Brooklet and Leefield. An
additional 1 to 2 inches will be possible over the next hour
or two. The heavy rainfall is expected to move into Tusculum,
Springfield, and the Guyton area over the next hour as well.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Springfield, Guyton, Brooklet, Stilson, Leefield, Bay,
Denmark, Nevils, Arcola, Akins, Grimshaw, Hubert, Emit,
Ivanhoe, Pretoria, Tusculum, Kennedy Pond and Overbrook.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

extending from 6 miles south of Fort Shaw to near Fort Shaw to 10
miles north of Cascade to 8 miles south of Power. Movement was
northeast at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Great Falls, Black Eagle, Fort Shaw, Fort Shaw, Power, Ulm, Vaughn,
First Peoples Buffalo Jump State Park, Simms and Sun River.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

At 953 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms produced heavy rain. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain
had fallen. The heavy rain has ended but runoff will continue into
early Friday morning. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.
Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...

Cloverdale... Daleville...
Laymantown... Hollins...
Nace...
The stream gage on Tinker Creek at Columbia Street in Roanoke City
has already gone from a stage of 2.5 feet to 7 feet in 20 minutes,
and was still rising as water from Tinker Creek drains into the city.
This includes the following streams and drainages...
Carvin Creek, Jumping Run Creek, Cook Creek, Buffalo Creek, Tinker
Creek, Coyner Branch, Stony Battle Creek and Laymantown Creek.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
When it is safe to do so, please send your reports of flooding,
including mudslides or flooded roads, to the National Weather

inundated with water in recreational camps and over access roads.
At 21 feet, property east of Highway 21 along Bogalusa Creek will
begin to flood. Bogalusa Creek will back up threatening the Sewage
Treatment Plant. Homes south of Bogalusa Creek and east of Highway
21 will flood.

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of South Central Arizona, including the
following county, Pima.
* WHEN...Until 900 PM MST.
* IMPACTS...Rises in small streams and normally dry washes.
Dangerous flows over low-water crossings.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 659 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding. Between 0.4 and 0.7 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Tucson, Drexel Heights, Tucson Estates and Valencia West.

IMPACT...Life-threatening flash flooding of low-water crossings,
creeks, normally dry washes and roads.
Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Death Valley Junction, SR-190.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
