NWS Green Bay WI
Special Weather Statement issued December 3 at 5:42AM CST by NWS Green Bay WI
Falling temperatures have caused wet surfaces to freeze, leading
to icy spots on untreated roads, sidewalks and parking lots. West
winds gusting to 30 to 45 mph were also creating hazardous travel
conditions for high profile vehicles, especially on north to
south oriented roads.
Motorists should use caution this morning, as slippery roads and
strong winds will result in locally hazardous travel conditions.
Pedestrians should be alert for icy spots on sidewalks and in
parking lots.
