The Flood Watch has expired for a portion of southeast Texas,
including the following areas, Austin, Brazos, Burleson, Chambers,
Coastal Harris, Colorado, Grimes, Houston, Inland Harris, Madison,
Montgomery, Northern Liberty, Polk, San Jacinto, Southern Liberty,
Trinity, Walker, Waller and Washington.
The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch has
expired. However, river flooding along portions of the Brazos River,
Trinity River, and the West and East Forks of the San Jacinto River
will continue for the next several days to over a week. Please do
not drive around any remaining barricades, and do not enter any
flood waters.

At 716 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms over U S 77 Border Patrol Station, or 7 miles north of
Armstrong, moving southeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Armstrong, Sarita, Kenedy County Wind Farms, U S 77 Border Patrol
Station, Kenedy County Sheriffs Office, and Armstrong Ranch Airport.
This includes US Highway 77 between mile markers 712 and 740.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

At 824 PM EDT, Trained weather spotters reported flooding along Main
Street in New Eagle due to heavy rain within the warned area.
Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall
amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly, most likely in low
lying areas.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Trained spotters reported.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Bethel Park, McMurray, Canonsburg, Gastonville, South Park
Township, Jefferson Hills, Monessen, Clairton, Donora,
Monongahela, Charleroi, West Newton, Bentleyville, New Eagle,

Lincoln and Lynnwood-Pricedale.

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of Puerto Rico, including the following
counties, Arecibo, Barceloneta, Manati and Vega Baja.
* WHEN...Until 1100 PM AST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Dangerous flows
over low-water crossings. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor
drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 826 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Arecibo, Barceloneta, Manati, Vega Baja, Ceiba, La Luisa,
Imbery, Coto Norte, Bajadero, Monserrate, Tierras Nuevas
Poniente, Tierras Nuevas Pon, Garrochales, Tiburones, Bufalo,
Sabana Hoyos, Animas and Sabana.

...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Florida...
Santa Fe River At Three Rivers Estates affecting Columbia,
Gilchrist and Suwannee Counties.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Santa Fe River at Three Rivers Estates.
* WHEN...Until early Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Lowland flooding begins on SW Santa Fe
Drive south of Santa Fe Road in Columbia County.
At 16.3 feet, Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission begins
enforcement of a no wake zone on the Santa Fe River from the
unnamed island 1.5 miles downstream of the Wilson's Spring Boat
Ramp to the confluence with the Suwannee River and on the
Ichetucknee River upstream to the US 27 bridge.
At 17.0 feet, Water begins to enter backyards of residences on
Santa Fe Road in Columbia County and on River Run Road in Suwannee
County.
At 18.0 feet, Water begins to flood River Run Road in Suwannee
County.
At 18.8 feet, Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission expands the no
wake zone restriction further upstream on the Santa Fe River from
the unnamed island 1.5 miles downstream on the Wilson's Spring
Boat Ramp to one-half mile upstream of the State Road 47 bridge.
At 19.0 feet, Water begins to enter backyards of residences along
the Ichetucknee River.
At 19.8 feet, Waters begins to affect homes in the Hollingsworth
Bluff area at State Route 47.
At 20.0 feet, Access to homes on Santa Fe Road below SW Riverside
Avenue becomes restricted in Columbia. Flooding begins on Santa Fe
and Wilson Springs Road.

- At 6:00 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 18.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
late Wednesday evening and continue falling to 15.1 feet

northeast of Cedar Bluff, moving northeast at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Up to 40 mph wind, frequent cloud to ground lightning and
heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect minor damage to tree limbs and blowing around of
light, unsecured objects. Heavy rain may cause temporary
street flooding especially in poor drainage areas.
Locations impacted include...
Rome, Summerville, Trion, Lyerly, Menlo, Cloudland, Berryton,
Chattoogaville, Tidings, Armuchee, James H. Floyd State Park, and
Holland.
People outdoors should seek shelter immediately. If you can hear
thunder, you are close enough to be struck by lightning. Motorists

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Bayamon, Dorado, Toa Alta and Toa Baja.
* WHEN...Until 1100 PM AST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Dangerous flows
over low-water crossings. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor
drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 841 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
have fallen, especially between Toa Alta and Bayamon. These
thunderstorms will move over Toa Baja and Dorado, producing
similar rainfall totals.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Toa Alta, Sabana Seca, Bayamon, Toa Baja, Dorado, Guaynabo,
Vega Alta, Candelaria, Pajaros, Candelaria Arenas, San Jose,
Campanilla, Galateo, Rio Lajas, Ingenio, H. Rivera Colon,
Levittown, San Antonio and Mucarabones.

At 852 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated an area of heavy rain along a
line extending from 9 miles southwest of Hendersonville to 4 miles
southwest of Brevard, and moving east at 5 mph.
Locations to be impacted include...
Brevard, Dupont State Forest, Little River In Transylvania County,
Balsam Grove, Penrose, Connestee, Cedar Mountain, and Crab Creek.
Very heavy rainfall rates up to 2 inches per hour will be possible in
these areas.
Torrential rainfall may flood areas with poor drainage, such as
ditches and underpasses. Avoid these areas and do not cross flooded
roads. Water levels of small streams may also rise rapidly. Seek
higher ground if threatened by flood waters.
