rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Ciales, Jayuya, Morovis and Vega Baja.
* WHEN...Until 1130 PM AST.
* IMPACTS...Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. Overflowing
poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 917 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will
cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to 2 inches of rain
have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the
warned area. Flooding is already occurring.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of Puerto Rico, including the following
counties, Corozal, Dorado, Naranjito, Toa Alta and Vega Alta.
* WHEN...Until 1145 PM AST.
* IMPACTS...Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.
River or stream flows are elevated.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 946 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will
cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 2 and 3 inches
of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
