The next statement will be issued Wednesday evening at 1015 PM CDT.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Sabine River near Deweyville.
* WHEN...Until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Lowest roads beside the river flood around
Deweyville and subject to being closed. In addition, low-lying
roads in Southwest Beauregard Parish are flooded including Robert
Clark Road. Flooding occurs on the south side of Niblett Bluff
Park with access roads to camp houses cut off around the park.
Access roads to the river in Northeastern Orange County become
flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:45 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 24.5 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:45 PM CDT Tuesday was 24.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to remain steady above flood
stage around 24.6 feet.

* At 903 PM MDT, a dangerous snow squall was located near Truckton,
or 29 miles east of Colorado Springs, moving south at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Intense bursts of heavy snow. Gusty winds leading to
blowing snow and rapidly falling visibility. Wind gusts
greater than 50 mph could knock down tree limbs and blow
around unsecured objects.

IMPACT...Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous

* WHAT...The avalanche danger is HIGH on all slopes. Natural and human-
triggered slides are very likely.
* WHERE...The Centennial Mountains near Island Park, the Lionhead
area near West Yellowstone.

For the Cumberland River...including Dover...elevated river levels
are forecast.
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Cumberland River at Dover.
* WHEN...Until tomorrow morning.
* IMPACTS...At 62.0 feet, Low lying agricultural areas along the
river, adjacent tributaries, and river access points are
inundated, including River Rd between Tom Earhart Rd and the Blue
Creek Recreation Area boat ramp, Bellwood Branch Rd near Patricia
Cir, Cub Creek Cove and the Commissay Hollow Accesss point,
wildcat Creek Rd at Wildcat Creek, and Lee Hollow Rd at Dunaway
Hollow.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:30 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 62.1 feet and falling.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 55.3 feet Sunday
morning.

BORGER NORTH OF HIGHWAY 136...MOVING RAPIDLY EAST NORTHEAST AT 3
TO 5 MPH.
* AREAS IMPACTED...AREAS OF WESTERN BORGER NORTH OF 3RD STREET,
INCLUDING THE ROCK CREEK, GATEWAY, AND GOLF COURSE ADDITIONS.
* ADDITIONAL INFORMATION...SMOKE AND FIRE WILL PRESENT A THREAT TO

of West Central Texas.
* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 7 PM CDT Wednesday. For the
Blowing Dust Advisory, until 4 AM CDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility.
Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could
be blown down and a few power outages may result.
A Blowing Dust Advisory means that blowing dust will lower
visibilities to less than a mile, resulting in hazardous driving
conditions.
Motorists should not drive into an area of blowing dust. Remember,
